Stuart Azoulay, BA, MA, LMFT, MCAP

Clinical Director

Stuart is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and is a Masters Certified Addiction Professional.

Stuart connects with clients by listening and exploring each person’s unique situation completely free from judgment. Stuart’s approach is eclectic. He treats each client as the unique individual who they are. Stuart utilizes different therapeutic techniques with clients until he finds what works because each individual will respond differently to different techniques.

Throughout his career, Stuart has provided counseling to those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, self-mutilation, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions and family changes including divorce and death. All of these issues greatly affect a person’s ability to thrive. Stuart helps his clients work through these challenges and make positive changes.  He specializes in working with substance abuse clients at the inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care.

Stuart strives to bring forth his clients’ strengths, increase their self-awareness and empower them to better make decisions that will positively shape their lives. He explores helpful ways of relating to challenges and offers constructive ways of dealing with them. Stuart discusses possibilities for preferred ways of living with his clients to promote their continued success as they transition from struggling with addiction to striving in recovery.

Luciene Ehlert, BA, MEd, LMHC, CAP, ICADC


Luciene is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Luci works with a variety of populations who suffer mental health and substance use disorders. Luci helps her clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, adjustment challenges, losses and grief.

Luci is passionate about guiding clients to become aware of their self-limiting belief systems which prevent them from living happy, healthy and balanced lives. Luci inspires her clients to make positive changes. Luci’s approach is a strength-based approach, aimed at strengthening the natural resiliency in her clients.

Luci works collaboratively with her clients to explore their strengths which will empower them to embrace their recovery journey.  She focuses on assisting her clients to identify the underlying issues that cause them to struggle with addiction and then helps them to overcome these issues, while acquiring purposeful direction, motivation and development of their independence. Luci recognizes that each person is unique and therefore requires an individualized relapse prevention strategy in order to achieve the best possible outcome.


Dan Costroff

Operations Manager, Case Management & Clinical Outreach Specialist

Dan originally began working in drug and alcohol rehabilitation as a Behavioral Health Technician. He has since worked his way up to be our Operations Manager, Case Manager and Clinical Outreach Specialist.

As a Case Manager, Dan helps clients assess their overall mental status.  He helps them to set short-term and long-term goals and connects them with the resources they need to successfully manage their lives on their own.

As a Clinical Outreach Specialist, Dan helps clients to make smooth transitions into aftercare programs and sober living.

Dan is originally from southern New Jersey and relocated to Florida for substance abuse treatment. Dan has been in recovery for almost 4 years now.  As such, Dan is able to directly relate to clients and he truly understands the struggles of early sobriety.

Dan is extremely passionate about substance abuse treatment and recovery.  He enjoys being able to make a difference in each and every client’s life. Dan also enjoys fishing, going to the beach, physical activities and helping others.

Paul Keller

Tech Supervisor

Paul has worked in substance abuse recovery since 2014 as a Behavioral Health Care Technician and Supervisor.

Originally from northern New Jersey, Paul relocated to South Florida and received substance abuse treatment in Delray Beach, Florida.  Paul has over three years of sobriety and relates well with clients entering recovery.  He is passionate about helping clients become and stay sober.

As our Tech Supervisor, Paul oversees the daily operations for our male clients at the Addiction Recovery Institute Of America residence building.  He supervises our male BHT’s and ensures the safety and comfort of our clients.

Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He also loves to fish, golf and cook.

Faye Williams

Tech Supervisor

Faye has over 20 years of experience in the field of addiction. Faye has herself been sober for over 6 years.

As our Tech Supervisor, Faye provides assistance to the clinical, medical and executive teams.  She oversees the daily operations for our female clients at the Addiction Recovery Institute Of America residence building.  She supervises our female BHT’s and ensures the safety and comfort of our clients.

Faye was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  She is extremely passionate about sobriety and helping those who are suffering.
